Booking

By confirming a booking and invoice with Vancity Balloon Bliss (“VBB”), clients also agree to the Terms & ​Conditions outlined below. VBB recommends scheduling installations at least 30 days in advance. ​However, we may accept bookings as early as 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Payment due dates for both the retainer and the final balance will be provided upon booking by the ​specified due date on invoice.

Payments

Payments can be made via E-transfer. Failure to make payments by the due date may result in forfeiting ​any discounts or promotions, loss of the event date, termination of the contract, and loss of any ​payments already made.

Refunds

All payments, including retainer fees and balances, are non-refundable. While we understand that ​unforeseen circumstances may arise, we are unable to offer refunds due to the time and resources ​allocated to your event upon booking. However, clients may reschedule their event per the guidelines ​below.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule their event by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the scheduled ​installation. Rescheduled events must occur within 365 days of the original event date, subject to VBB’s ​availability. If notice of cancellation is provided less than 7 days prior, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. ​All payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

Changes to Installations

Once the Terms & Conditions have been reviewed and invoice paid, no changes to the order (additions ​or removals of décor) can be made.

Venue Access & Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue allows the use of materials and equipment such ​as helium tanks, tall structures, or wall hangings. Venue rules should be confirmed prior to any payments. ​If access to the venue is not arranged properly, leading to a delay or cancellation, VBB is not liable, and ​payments will be forfeited.

Installations

VBB reserves the right to make last-minute adjustments to the balloon design if onsite structures (such ​as sharp metal or pointed objects) are identified as potentially damaging to the planned installation ​design.

Outdoor Installations

Weather can affect the appearance and longevity of balloon decor (eg. heat causing popping) ​particularly for outdoor events. VBB is not responsible for any weather-related issues or damages to the ​décor.

VBB reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue an installation if the event site is deemed unsafe. ​If safety concerns arise due to the actions of the client, guests, or other vendors, the client assumes ​responsibility for any additional costs incurred, and VBB may terminate the service without refund.

By agreeing to proceed with an installation and receiving an invoice, clients also agree to these Terms & ​Conditions.
